MDR Theatre Services has been serving amateur and professional theatre companies, production companies, halls, theatres and schools in and around Gloucestershire for the past 10 years. Since taking over from R&G Theatre Services.

We are predominantly a stage lighting company in the Forest of Dean, and we design, install and operate the lighting for shows. We also supply and operate sound for small events. If you wish us to operate sound and/or lighting for your show, please ring us to discuss details. We also can provide staging for events and have our own portable trailer stage. We are frequently called upon to supply and install sound, curtains and lighting for many functions and venues.

Our hire stock is increasing more so now than ever before. If we do not have the item you require, we may be able to source this from other companies we work closely with, or we may buy one.

We pride ourselves on being competitive. If you are offered a better price elsewhere, please contact us and we will try to match or even beat any genuine price. Obviously, we can only apply this offer to items that are available for the duration of your hire.

Location

We are situated in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. But work all over England and Wales.

No job is too small and we are prepared to travel. We work with a number of production and theatre supply companies over the UK and if we are unable to help you with your enquiry we can suggest alternative companies.

Our location is ideal for travelling to any location in the three counties and South Wales. 

We would be happy to travel to your premises to meet and quote for any work that you may wish us to undertake.
